Our pricing is fair and transparent, and our payment structure allows us to work with you as the project progresses to ensure that you are getting exactly what you expect.
Each project is priced individually based on your unique needs. To obtain a price for your project, simply contact Brettro with brief information about your design and development needs. All projects are a fixed price, based on an hourly rate. The fixed price is calculated by estimating the number of hours required to complete each task (or deliverable) for a project.
Hourly Rate Calculation
Brettro’s hourly rate is based upon publicly available information gathered in The Creative Group’s annual salary guide. The guide is used by educational institutions, local and national media outlets, and the U.S. Department of Labor’s Bureau of Labor Statistics to determine the appropriate salary levels for creative staff.
Payment Structure
Payments to Brettro are made in three equally divided installments:
- Payment 1: Payment 1 is made when we begin the project. An invoice will be presented upon final agreement of the Project Plan (including the project budget).
- Payment 2: The second payment is made mid-way through the project. An invoice will be presented upon the completion of 50 percent of the deliverables outlined in the Project Plan.
- Payment 3: The final payment is made when the project is complete. An invoice will be presented upon completion of the remaining 50 percent of the deliverables outlined in the Project Plan.
Any fonts, images or other materials purchased exclusively for a project become the property of the client at the time final payment is received.
