Project Management

Planned

After an initial, free consultation, Brettro prepares a Project Brief that identifies key elements of the project. From the Project Brief, a Project Plan is created to identify:

  • the scope of the project
  • the specific deliverables required to successfully complete the project
  • a timeline specifying the dates the project kicks-off, the dates each deliverable is due, and the date the project is complete
  • the project’s budget

The Project Plan serves as the contract between Brettro and the client, providing a clear roadmap to the successful completion of the project.

Managed

Every Brettro client is provided with a password-protected project web site containing messages, files, to-do lists, deliverables, and project milestones. The site is accessible 24 hours a day to you and anyone else from your company.

This web-based resource allows you to track your project anytime and anywhere, keeping you constantly in the loop on its progress.

Delivered

Upon completion of a project, a Brettro Hand-Off Kit is delivered to the client. This kit includes a CD of all digital files necessary to complete the project, any training materials provided for in the Project Plan, and a Guide to your project explaining all its details.

On Time

We know that your time is valuable, and frankly so is ours! So we take our deadlines very seriously, and rarely—if ever—miss them. In the unlikely event that a deadline needs to be pushed back because of technical difficulties or other problems, we will let you know in a timely manner so that you can be prepared and make necessary arrangements.

On Budget

We put a great deal of time and care into creating the initial Project Brief so that there will be no surprises when it comes time to pay the bill. We keep you consistently informed and do not inject hidden costs into our projects. And, to ensure that we stay on budget, our payment structure is divided into three installments.
